To launch our brand new Weightloss and Wellness Club in Hersham we offered a pre-Christmas 6 week programme so that our members could lose a stone before the parties started.
This has given one of our members Cathy a fantastic Christmas present to herself with a staggering 16lb loss in just 4 weeks!
